Harledote Quartz was discovered at a new claim in the Goboboseb Mountains, Namibia.
The name is derived from the combination of Harelquin, hematite included quartz, growing on an Epidote matrix.
This unique Harledote Brandberg Quartz is known for its red points, which are inclusions of hematite, a mineral of iron. These inclusions can give the quartz unique shades of red.
