This is a cubic green and Purple Fluorite with an array of milky quartz on a feldspar matrix from the Brandberg Mountain.
The crystals are mainly green but have purple around the edges. There are a couple missing or half quartz crystals as seen in the photo. The way the quartz is arranged reminds us of a hedgehog.
The milky quartz is a different habit (different shape and form) but is a true brandberg quartz.

Brandberg is famous for beautiful dark amethyst and magnificent scepters. In early 2020 a new discovery of fluorites was unearthed on the Brandberg Massif, the mountain itself. We were on the scene in March and were able to buy a good number of pieces of this new material. A number of dealers made claims that they had purchased all the pieces, but of course, this is rarely true.
Metaphysically fluorite aids with disorganization and help with concentration and studying according to Judy Hall in the Encyclopedia of Crystals. She says green fluorite in particular dissipates emotion trauma and absorbs negative energy.
