Not every Brandberg Crystal that comes from the ground is perfectly intact. In the process of extraction some are broken.
We work with some of the miners who have set up a small lapidary workshop to produce slices and cabochons of Brandberg Quartz.
Nharo has worked with the small scale miners near Brandberg for over 10 years. The last few years we have made trips two annual trips to Namibia. This has allowed us to build firm relationships and get crystals that are phenomenal.
Harlequin means that there are inclusions of hematite. In this crystal they are black and red.
