Nharo travels regularly to Zimbabwe and we usually make a path in and around Karoi, a mineral rich area. Zimbabwe is an amazing country with untapped mineral wealth. We have a network of small scale miners who supply us as we make our turns.
Euclase are rare and desirable for mineral collectors, and are noted for their blue color, ranging from very pale to dark blue. Raw euclase crystals are usually found in granitic pegmatites and low-temperature hydrothermal deposits. It was discovered in the same location that topaz was originally discovered (Mindat.org)
Robert Simmons writes: “Euclase is a stone of inner clarity and strength of self. It encourages impeccability and opens one’s eyes to the sea of everyday deceptions in which we live. It helps one ‘clear the air’ of hidden agendas and unhealthy tacit agreements. Yet it works not through righteous anger, but through compassionate, persistent adherence to the truth.
