Liddicoatite is a rare type of tourmaline that is a red and pink color. This specimen in particular has a distinct trigonal window in a beautiful, bright champagne colour, surrounded by a deep smoky purple/black. A double ring is visible around the triangle, streaking through the stone’s deep colour. Originating from Anjanabonoina, Antsirabe, Madagascar.

Metaphysically, some believe that liddicoatite promotes understanding and self-confidence, aligns mental processes, and provides insight into the causes of conflict and struggle.
